After a few semesters of law at the University of Zurich, Gaby Verhoek Geiser began her professional career at Swissair and gained her first management experience as a Maître de Cabine. In 1998, she took on her first HR role as a recruiter for cabin crew and in 1999 obtained her federal certificate in human resources. She later completed a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resources Management and developed a concept for the prevention of burnout in her Master's thesis. She has over 25 years of management experience and, in her HR management roles, has been a member of the management boards of national and international companies in the travel, healthcare, consulting, services, cosmetics and industrial sectors. In her CHRO roles, she has led a number of strategic initiatives and business transformations from a people perspective. She is also a professional examiner and team leader in the care team at Swiss and a caregiver at the Zurich Cantonal Police.

Stephan gained his Master of Civil Engineering from the polytechnical University of Zürich (ETHZ) and initially worked for several years as a project manager. Later, in 1996 he developed novel anchoring systems and co-founded Basys AG as a start-up. After having completed his MBA, he then joined the Electrowatt Group (now Afry), where he served as Managing Director responsible for Switzerland and various international subsidiaries. He then led TCS as CEO and was an executive board member of SBB Infrastructure. Stephan also holds an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change (INSEAD) and a Coaching Certificate (INSEAD). In addition to his activities at Dr. Nadig + Partner AG, he works as an independent management consultant focused on organizational development, change management and executive coaching.

After studying business administration in Zurich and starting his career in international banking, Adriano soon had the opportunity to follow his passion for "people and emotions" by entering the automotive industry. First in the import business, where he built up marketing for the Suzuki brand at a very young age, then from 1991, where he started his successful career within the AMAG Group. He became the youngest member of the Management Board as Head of the Seat Switzerland brand and later - as Head of the VW Switzerland brand - he led the VW brand to No. 1 in Switzerland. In 2007, he moved to the AMAG Group's retail business, where he helped shape the new Group strategy. From 2009 to 2023 Adriano was in charge of building up the AMAG First business unit, where he developed the Porsche business and successfully launched and developed various communities, such as Racing, Classic and Ladies. In addition to his involvement with Dr. Nadig + Partner, he runs his own company and holds various advisory board functions, focusing on employee management, sales and marketing.

After her banking apprenticeship, Caroline worked as an investment advisor for several years. She then studied Business Computer Science (University of Konstanz) and Computer Science (Coventry University, UK). Caroline began her IT career at UBS in Zurich. In the following years, working at Ergon Informatik AG, she continued to handle projects in Banking and later in the ICT industry. Since 2005, she developed further in coaching, training, change management (MAS executive coaching, CAS coaching advanced) and set up the new Human Resource Development Unit. In 2009 she headed up the Training Department at the Academy of Avaloq Evolution AG.
