Career kick-off in Expat Managment with UBS more than 25 years ago. Different mandates in Employer Branding and project work with the goal to establish among the first shared services centers. Role as an HR Business Partner with Arthur Andersen AG interrupted by a short period as the HR responsible in the ‘Sozialdepartement der Stadt Zürich’. More than 10 years as an HR Director with EY, with full-fledged HR responsibility, including initiation, lead and implementation of transformations. Today acting as a board member and MD of the Swiss HR Assocation (ZGP). Executing various mandates like contributing as a member of the 'Geschäftsleitender Ausschuss FAA' at the University of St Gallen, being president of PERIKOM and member of the ‘EQUIS Institutional Accreditation system’. Master and PHD degree in Linguistics from University of Zurich.

Stephan gained his Master of Civil Engineering from the polytechnical University of Zürich (ETHZ) and initially worked for several years as a project manager. Later, in 1996 he developed novel anchoring systems and co-founded Basys AG as a start-up. After having completed his MBA, he then joined the Electrowatt Group (now Afry), where he served as Managing Director responsible for Switzerland and various international subsidiaries. He then led TCS as CEO and was an executive board member of SBB Infrastructure. Stephan also holds an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change (INSEAD) and a Coaching Certificate (INSEAD). In addition to his activities at Dr. Nadig + Partner AG, he works as an independent management consultant focused on organizational development, change management and executive coaching.

After a commercial apprenticeship at “Schweizerische Kreditanstalt”, Gian Rossi held various roles in securities management, payment transactions, IT- and controlling projects. He furthermore spent several years in a management support function of a front office unit. In 1998 he graduated with a B.Sc. from the “School of Economics & Business” (HWV), majoring in Banking and Finance. From 1998 onwards, he held various positions in private banking, both in Switzerland and Singapore. After returning from abroad, he spent 4 years working as regional manager for the German private clients-business of Crédit Suisse. From 2006 to 2020, he served as a member of the Executive Board of Bank Julius Baer. As regional CEO, Gian was responsible for the Swiss-, Central-, Northern- and Eastern European markets for Julius Baer. As chairman of the Board of Directors of the legal entities in London and Germany he was the key contact person for the respective Financial Market Supervisory Authorities. Apart from his activities for Dr. Nadig + Partner AG, Gian holds several Board of Directors mandates and acts as external advisor to a Single Family Office in the area of investment governance.

After her banking apprenticeship, Caroline worked as an investment advisor for several years. She then studied Business Computer Science (University of Konstanz) and Computer Science (Coventry University, UK). Caroline began her IT career at UBS in Zurich. In the following years, working at Ergon Informatik AG, she continued to handle projects in Banking and later in the ICT industry. Since 2005, she developed further in coaching, training, change management (MAS executive coaching, CAS coaching advanced) and set up the new Human Resource Development Unit. In 2009 she headed up the Training Department at the Academy of Avaloq Evolution AG.
